Greg brings proven property management experience combined with core knowledge and vision as President of Allied
Residential. His responsibilities include overseeing the successful management of Allied’s multi-family housing
portfolio consisting of over 10,000 residences. He is a principal of Allied Residential, assuming an ownership
position in early 1999. Having received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1994, Greg has been
involved in the analysis, management, construction, leasing, rehabilitation, and sale of residential and commercial
property in the Puget Sound region for more than twenty years. Greg was President of IREM in 2016, and continues to
remain active with the institute. Greg holds his Washington Real Estate Broker license and is the designated broker for
Allied Residential. His diversified background and analytical management skills add to the company's success.
Mike Simons, CPM
Executive Vice President
Mike has been active in the commercial and multifamily real estate industry since 1989, where he spent ten years
working with and growing a regional property management firm and managing larger commercial and multifamily properties
in Washington, California, and Nevada. In 2000, Mike co-founded Glacier Real Estate Services, a property management
firm which focused on the management, renovation, brokerage, and consulting of commercial and multifamily properties
in Washington and Oregon. Glacier quickly gained a reputation as a regional leader in the marketplace and over the
next ten years, Glacier's management portfolio grew to over 7,500 multifamily units and 700,000 square feet of
commercial space. In 2010, Glacier Real Estate Services was pursued and purchased by a national real estate
management firm and Mike worked with the national firm throughout the western US prior to joining Allied Residential
in 2012. Mike's responsibilities with Allied Residential include assisting with the continued improvement of Allied's
operations including general business practices, property management services, property construction and renovation
supervision, property management accounting, staffing, technology, and business development. Mike also oversees a
portfolio of properties for select Allied Residential clients. Mike is a Certified Property Manager (CPM ®) with the
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM ®), maintains a Washington State Managing Brokers license, and is a graduate
of the University of Washington.
D. Mathew Andrews
Matt brings 20 years of property management experience in Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho and Nevada to Allied
Residential and has successfully managed portfolios in excess of 2,500 units. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in
Business Finance, a Washington State real estate broker license and is C3P Certified for LIHTC properties. Matt
has proven success in turning nonperforming or underperforming assets into profitable investments. He has managed
diverse types and sizes of multifamily properties and worked with local investors as well as large institutional
owners. Matt consults with developers and assists in the oversight of new construction and large rehabilitation
projects. He also has considerable experience in physical and financial due diligence in asset acquisition and
disposition and his significant skill set in financial review and reporting has proven him invaluable to his clients.
Matt is also a Principal of Allied Residential.
Colleen has managed conventional, affordable, senior, and student multifamily housing as well as commercial properties
over a career that spans more than 20 years. She joined the real estate industry in 1995 as an on-site manager and has
held a number of ever-growing responsibilities over portfolios of rental housing, rising to become a Principal of Allied
Residential in 2011. She has both on-site and regional management experience in multiple state, federal, agency based
and local affordable housing programs, low income housing tax credit, project based Section 8, rural development, and
conventional multifamily properties. Her strengths include managing properties with multiple layers of funding and
financing, compliance, project due diligence, team leadership, project management, overseeing company and community
programs, resident relations and lease up of new developments. Colleen holds multiple industry certifications and
designations pertaining to affordable housing, fair housing and property compliance and she is a key figure in Allied's
Affordable Housing Division. Colleen is a Principal of Allied Residential.
From monitoring the daily accounting activities of all Allied Residential properties, the corporate office and
accounting staff to supervising the production of timely and accurate financial reports, Andy directs the entire
Accounting Department for Allied Residential. He brings over 21 years of experience to the team, with the majority
of that time spent in the property management field. Andy previously held the position of RIM Center Coordinator for
a national apartment REIT with accounts payable and receivable responsibility for properties in Seattle, Portland, and
Salt Lake City. He also held the position of Portfolio Accounting Manager at Martin Smith, Inc. which managed commercial
properties. His background in financial analysis and reporting is beneficial to both the management team at Allied
Residential and to our valued clients.
Steve has been in the property management industry for over twenty years and has most recently been responsible for a
portfolio encompassing some 15,000 apartments in Washington, Oregon, Texas, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama,
Mississippi, North Carolina, Kansas and Oklahoma. Steve brings in-depth experience overseeing conventional and subsidized
apartment homes, both privately and institutionally owned, in addition to condominium portfolios. He has presided over
multiple apartment rehabilitations exceeding $25,000,000 and has pulled roughly 5,000 new construction units out of the
ground with great success.
Kiel Curtis, CPM
Kiel began his career in real estate as an analyst for several private multifamily investors in the San Francisco Bay
Area. He has experience ranging from analyzing projects for acquisition to overseeing full repositions of small to large
projects in California, Washington, Ohio, and Oklahoma. Kiel's strengths include financial analysis, due diligence,
leadership, and team development. With Allied, Kiel oversees a portfolio of properties ranging from brand new lease ups
to existing product undergoing full renovations. Kiel is the 2019 President of the Institute of Real Estate Management
(IREM®), a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and maintains a Washington State Brokers license.

Jeremy has an extensive background in property management with experiences in both private owner and REIT management.
His resume boasts not only a diverse showing of leadership but also a solid role call of some of the top mentors in
the business. In 2004 Mr. Martin was selected to establish an American property management operation in Beijing, China
where he oversaw operations of thousands of units and near 800 employees. Mr. Martin attended the University of Idaho
with studies in business and design.

Assistant Portfolio Manager
Ms. Mills began her career in Affordable Housing Property Management in 2002 and has gained a wide range of experience. She joined the industry as an on-site manager in rural
Washington overseeing a Rural Development (RD) property and advancing into additional roles with increasing responsibilities. Throughout her career she has added positions to
her experience including training, compliance specialist, and portfolio management. Her strengths include project planning and execution, LIHTC compliance, and leadership. Ms.
Mills has earned industry designations including COS for HUD Occupancy as well as C3P and SHCM for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) management and compliance. She was awarded
Site Manager of the Year in 2006 and Management Company Staff Person of the Year in 2009 by the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing.

Sarah Watson, C3P, COS, HCCP, SHCM
Director of Compliance
As the Director of Compliance, Sarah is responsible for the overall operations of the Compliance Department. She
currently monitors and submits reports for over 2,500 affordable units with one or more of the following programs:
Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Bond Financing, ARCH, CDBG, HOME HOF and/or HUD contract. Sarah also oversees
the daily file review of resident move-ins, annual re-certifications, and interim certifications. Additionally, Sarah
monitors the continued education and training for on-site staff, the tracking of multiple complex programs related to
affordable housing, preparation and review of monthly and annual compliance reports, submission of all audit responses,
and the implementation of all changes to forms and policies. With more than a decade of industry experience, Sarah has
earned many nationally recognized certifications, including: Certified Credit Compliance Professional, Certified
Specialist in HUD Occupancy, Specialist in Housing Credit Management, Housing Credit Certified Professional and
Certified Occupancy Specialist. In April of 2015, Sarah was awarded Management Company Staff Person of the Year by the
Affordable Housing Management Association of Washington and the Affordable Rural Housing Counsel.
Yardi Director, COS, C3P
Andrei started as Assistant Manager for a large tax credit community in 2009. He gained valuable on-site compliance
and managerial experience and quickly advanced to a Compliance Coordinator and then Director of Compliance position
for HUD, LIHTC and Home projects in four states. At the same time Andrei worked on implementing Yardi Voyager as the
primary compliance tracking and reporting tool. He has since transitioned into the Yardi Director role for Allied and
has recently lead the team through an upgrade to the new Yardi 7S platform. Andrei has attended many industry training
seminars including the WSHFC Tax Credit and WBARS workshops. He was awarded the AHMA 2013 Management Agent Staff of the

Director of Maintenance
Jedd offers an extensive knowledge, skill set and unique approach to the commercial and multifamily real estate industry.
For over 20 years he has specialized in providing excellent customer/client relations and team building. He believes
that knowledge, communication, and a positive outlook are the keys to success.
As Director of Maintenance, Jedd improves Allied's operations through maintenance and safety trainings, best overall
practices and support for site personnel.
Jedd has maintained an 07B Electrical License since 2002. He holds certifications in OSHA 511 Safety and Health
Standards, and is a Certified Pool/Spa Operator with training in First Aid and CPR.
Jedd is an EPA Certified Type 1/Type 2 Technician for HVACR, as well as a Certified Emergency Response Team Member with
the Washington Fire Dept.
Jedd has been awarded “Maintenance Supervisor of the Year” from For Rent Magazine in 2005 and 2008, and was recognized
as a finalist in 2015 and 2016 from WMFHA.
In his free time, he enjoys horror movies, music, and football.
Director of Marketing
Jared comes to Allied with a diverse marketing experience working for an IT company and a new home builder before coming
to the multifamily industry. He makes data driven decisions to create effective marketing strategies. Jared specializes
in reputation management, digital advertising, and content marketing. He manages the marketing strategy for Allied's
entire portfolio from leasing to resident retention to property reputation.
With over 20 years in the construction field, John brings a variety of experience and knowledge to Allied Residential.
His primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of both people and property by preventing hazards associated with
all phases of construction and maintenance-especially as it pertains to electrical systems. John's other
responsibilities include the coordination of training programs for site maintenance staff and ensuring that all Allied
maintenance staff are supplied with the proper procedures, techniques, and information necessary to meet OSHA, WISHA,
and other regulatory standards. Having earned a teaching certificate issued by the Washington State Department of Labor
and Industries, John is authorized to develop Labor and Industries-certified electrical courses which are personalized
to Allied Residential's personnel and properties. These customized courses provide industry-focused training to Allied's
maintenance staff at significantly reduced costs to Allied's clients. John holds both an O7 Electrical License and the
O7 Administrator License.
