Allied Residential was established in 1987 with the sole focus of providing the best property management services to owners of multifamily properties in the Puget Sound region. Over the past thirty years, we have remained committed to that goal and now manage over 13,000 residential units throughout Western Washington for owners located throughout the country. Although we are one of the oldest multifamily property management firms in the area, Allied Residential remains an innovative firm, utilizing current technology, communications, training and software to better support our team members, provide better living environments for residents, and generate customized and exceptional results for each of our clients.

At the highest level, Allied Residential holds the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
